Tighten the bolts to 3 Nm (28 lb-in) and the nuts to 10 Nm (88 lb-in).

Connect the two (2) wire harness electrical connectors located on the right side of the radiator.

9.

Position the coolant recovery reservoir into the vehicle, then install the coolant recovery bracket onto the upper radiator support.

Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm (70 lb-in).

Install the bolt securing the coolant recovery reservoir to the bracket. Then connect the reservoir electrical connector and the reservoir hose to the
radiator fill neck.

11.

Connect the cooling fan electrical connector.

12.

If equipped, position the upper radiator shroud onto the vehicle and install the fasteners.

13.

Connect the battery negative cable and set radio stations.

14.

Check cooling fan operation.
