ISSUE:
The strategy which controls blower speed during heater operation was changed beginning with November 1993 production. It includes compensation for
ambient temperature by limiting the maximum voltage available to the blower motor.

The ambient limiting feature is in AUTO mode only and results in quieter system operation.

The driver can override to any blower speed at anytime.

With the enhanced system control, it will take one minute to go from zero blower speed to the maximum allowed speed.

The blower is still prevented from coming on until the engine has reached operating temperature.
ACTION:
It may be necessary to explain the change in operation to the customers if they happen to compare the operation to a prior model.
