Taurus V6-195 3.2L DOHC SHO (1994)
1. Remove rear seat cushion.
2. Remove rear seat back. Ensure on vehicles equipped with head restraint, the rear seat shoulder strap guide is opened.
3. Remove rear safety belt and buckle anchor plate nuts and remove rear safety belt and buckle.
4. Remove panel and quarter trim panel.
5. Remove safety belt anchor plate-to-sill bolt.
6. Snap out rear safety belt opening bezel in package tray trim panel.
7. Remove rear hi-mount lamp.
8. Remove package tray trim panel.
9. Remove retractor anchor bolt and retractor screw.
10. Remove anchor plate end of safety belt through the opening in the quarter trim panel and the package tray trim panel.
11. Remove outboard rear safety belt retractor and tongue assembly from the vehicle.
12. To install, reverse removal procedure.
13. Make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted, if it is, remove the twist.
14. Tighten all anchor bolts and retaining nuts to the required specification for each mounting position.
15. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
