Pull the screwdriver handle toward the rear of vehicle and push down on the seat cushion until back latch assembly unlocks and moves the rear 
seat back into the "UP" position, Figure 2.

Remove the rear seat back side pad and cover assembly by depressing the seat cushion near the pad and cover assembly to get access to the
retaining screw and remove the screw.

4.

Grab the pad and cover assembly and raise it vertically. Pull or snap out to remove.

5.

Remove the two (2) bolts retaining the rear seat back assembly to the floor pan.

Remove the rear seat back from the inboard pivot pin by sliding the seat back toward the outboard side of vehicle, Figure 3.
