22. Attach a restraint system diagnostic tool to the vehicle harness side of the passenger air bag electrical connector.
23. Reconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Battery.
24. Prove out the supplemental air bag system. For additional information, refer to Air Bag Systems.
25. Disconnect the battery ground cable and wait at least one minute. For additional information, refer to Battery.
26. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Release the tab and disconnect the power seat track electrical connector.

Release the tab and disconnect the power pedal electrical connector (if equipped).
27. Remove the recliner handle.
28. Remove the side shield screw.
