5. Remove the temperature blend door actuator.

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Remove the screws.

Remove the temperature blend door actuator.
6. Remove the A/C evaporator case damper door assist spring.
7. Remove the A/C evaporator case damper door lever.

While depressing the tab, disconnect the A/C evaporator case damper door lever.

Rotate and remove the A/C evaporator case damper door lever.
CAUTION: Do not attempt to bend any part of the A/C evaporator case damper door lever.
8. Remove the metal link.
