Disconnect the following three (3) electrical connectors (Figure 1).

Stop lamp switch

Speed control deactivation switch, if equipped

Adjustable Pedal Motor, if equipped

Remove the wire harness push-pin retainers from the brake pedal bracket, then position the harness to gain access to the splice area (Figure 2).
