Windshield Washer Pump

REMOVAL

1. Remove the RH front wheel. For additional information, refer to Wheels, Tires, and Alignment.

2. Remove the four screws, the pin-type retainer and remove the RH front inner fender well.

3. Disconnect the washer hose and the electrical connector from the washer pump.

WARNING:  WINDSHIELD WASHER SOLUTION CONTAINS METHANOL WHICH IS POISONOUS. OBSERVE ALL CAUTIONS
AND WARNINGS INDICATED ON LABEL OF WASHER SOLUTION CONTAINER.

NOTE:  The windshield washer reservoir will drain when the washer hose is disconnected.

4. Remove the washer pump assembly by prying the pump out of the reservoir cavity with a small flat blade screwdriver.

INSTALLATION

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
