Loosen the screw clamp and disconnect the heater return hose from the water pump fitting.

Install a 3/4" I.D. rubber cap on the water pump heater hose fitting. See Figure 21.

Disconnect and plug the radiator overflow hose from the coolant recovery bottle. Discard the clamp. Refer to Figure 22.

Install the coolant pressure relief cap.

Attach a 4-foot section of 3/8-inch vinyl hose to the overflow fitting on the coolant recovery bottle. See Figure 22. Let the vinyl hose hang over the
