Component Tests and General Diagnostics
The wiggle test is designed to help identify and locate intermittent failures in the vehicle wiring harness and system components. Upon entering wiggle
test, several inputs and outputs of the Semi-Active Ride Control (SARC) Module are monitored for change of state. When a state change is encountered,
an audible tone can be heard, and a counter displayed on the Rotunda New Generation Star (NGS) Tester 007-00500 or equivalent will increment. By
initiating wiggle test and pulling on different areas of the vehicle harness, intermittent open and short circuits can be located and serviced.
