35. Using new O-ring seals, connect the A/C tubes and install the 2 nuts.

Tighten to 15 Nm (133 lb-in).
36. Install the EVAP canister purge valve.
37. Install the degas bottle.
38. Install the accessory drive belt, tensioner and the power steering belt.
39. Install the front wheels and tires.
40. Install the engine air cleaner outlet pipe.
41. NOTICE: Do not expose the Motorcraft High Performance Engine RTV Silicone to engine oil for at least 90 minutes after installing the
engine front cover. Failure to follow this instruction may cause oil leakage.
Fill the engine with clean engine oil.
42. Fill the power steering system.
43. Recharge the A/C system.
