Door Handle Reinforcement - Exterior, Front
Removal
1. Remove the exterior front door handle. For additional information, refer to Exterior Front Door Handle See: Exterior Front Door Handle.
2. On the left front door, remove the door lock cylinder circlip and position the front door lock cylinder rod and pawl aside.
3. Open the yellow clip and disconnect the exterior door handle actuating rod from the front door latch.
4. Remove the exterior door handle reinforcement.

Remove the exterior door handle reinforcement bolt.

Remove the exterior door handle reinforcement.
Installation
1. Position the exterior door handle reinforcement and install the exterior door handle reinforcement bolt.

Tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).
2. On the left front door, position the front door lock cylinder rod and pawl and install the door lock cylinder circlip.
