D-Pillar Trim Panel

D-Pillar Trim Panel - Taurus X

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the third row safety belt anchor-to-floor bolt cover from the rear quarter trim panel.

2. Remove the third row safety belt anchor-to-floor bolt.

To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

3. Remove the D-pillar trim panel.

Remove the D-pillar trim panel screw cover and screw.

-

Pull the D-pillar trim panel toward the inside of the vehicle to release the retaining tabs.

4. NOTICE: To avoid damage to the D-pillar trim panel, remove any retaining clips from the body and attach them to the D-pillar trim

panel before installing.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
