Disconnect cable flag from evaporator assembly, retaining hole using service tool (T83P-18532-AH), Figure 8.

Pull self-adjust clip from temperature door crank arm.

Tie Strap Installation:

1.

Slide self-adjust clip onto temperature door crank arm.
