With trunnion block loosened, rotate the trans-axle control lever up using one finger and a light force, 4.5N (approximately 1 pound), to ensure
that the TV control lever is against its internal idle stop. Without relaxing the force on the TV control lever, tighten the bolt on the trunnion block
to 9-14 Nm (7-11 ft.lb.) (See Figure 29).

Reconnect the ISC motor to the vehicle harness.
