Thunderbird L4-140 2.3L SOHC Turbo (1984)
1.
Remove the existing front door cutline seal and discard. (Pull weatherstrip off of door frame with fingers.)
2.
Remove any adhesive residue from the door frame with alcohol.

Install a new cutline seal to the door frame by positioning the (5) plastic retainers into the top of the (5) vertical slots in the door frame as
shown in Figure 3.
4.
Remove the carrier paper from the seal and press the seal firmly against the door frame with finger pressure along the entire length of the
cutline seal.
5.
Repeat procedure on opposite door if windnoise occurs.
6.
Road test vehicle to assure that windnoise has been eliminated.
