INSPECTION
1.
Remove the air cleaner cover, air cleaner inlet tube adaptor and air inlet tube from vehicle, as shown (Figure 2).

Inspect for improper installation of the insulation through the hole in the apron (i.e., if insulation can be seen through hole it will cause blockage)
as shown in Figure 3.

If there is no blockage, (i.e. no insulation can be seen), replace the air inlet tube, air cleaner tube adaptor and air cleaner cover.
CORRECTION
1.
Remove the fender splash shield.
