Inspect A-pillar/cowl area for gaps in the body sealer (Figure 2), and seal using body sealer. Verify seal by spraying the A-pillar/cowl area with
water and examining the kick panel area for water seepage.

Once the water leak is sealed reinstall fender.

Replace corroded terminals. (Terminals can be found in the Ford Electrical Terminal Repair Kit outlined in TSB 93-10-5).
7.
Verify electrical repair and reinstall kick panel.
