Open the harness cover located in front of the transmission fluid pan. See Figure 1.

Locate the black with orange striped (BK/OG) wire in the harness and determine if it is correctly routed and connected to the right-hand CMS
(toward transmission cooler lines). See Figure 1.

If the BK/OG wire is connected to the right-hand CMS, close the harness cover and lower the vehicle. Proceed to step 10.

If the BK/OG wire is connected to the left-hand CMS, continue to the next step.

Disconnect the right- and left-hand CMS connectors. See Figure 1.
5.
Depress the release tab and slide the harness cover off the mounting bracket. See Figure 1.
6.
Switch the position of the harness connectors in the harness cover as follows.
