Wide Open Throttle A/C Relay: Description and Operation

When the vehicle operator goes to Wide Open Throttle (WOT), the Wide open throttle A/C (WAC) relay opens, suspending A/C operation until normal
vehicle operation resumes. This is done to allow maximum power under heavy acceleration or load.
