Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair
1.
Raise and support vehicle, then disconnect master cylinder push rod from clutch pedal.
2.
Disconnect clutch hydraulic line using clutch coupling tool No. T88T-70522-A or equivalent.
3.
Remove transmission.
4.
Loosen retaining bolts and remove clutch slave cylinder.
5.
Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Position slave cylinder over input shaft, aligning bleeder screw and line coupling with holes in transmission housing.
b. Tighten to specifications and bleed system.
