6. Install quarter trim panel.
7. Install rear safety belt anchor bolt. Tighten to 30-41 Nm (23-30 lb ft).
8. Install rear seat back.
9. Install rear seat cushion.
10. Check restraint system for proper operation and perform Functional Test Procedure.
Seat Belt With Anchor Plate Thread Damage
The lap/shoulder safety belts are factory-installed in their proper locations. If the belts are removed for any reason, they should be installed as described
in Removal and Installation. The 7/16 x 20 Torx head anchor bolts must be hand-started and tightened to 34-46 Nm (25-33 lb ft).
1. Remove broken or stripped bolt and discard.
2. Drill out internal threads in safety belt anchor plate with a 27/64 in drill.
3. Rethread anchor plate with a 1/2-13 tap.
4. Blow out chips.
5. Install attachment parts in proper sequence. Original parts are to be replaced with the service parts indicated.
Seat Belt Without Anchor Plate Thread Damage
The lap/shoulder safety belts are factory-installed in their proper locations. If the belts are removed for any reason, they should be installed as described
in Removal and Installation. The 7/16 x 20 Torx head anchor bolts must be hand-started and tightened to 34-46 Nm (25-33 lb ft).
1. Remove the damaged bolt for the anchor reinforcement and discard.
