Description and Operation
This Workshop Manual covers repair operations and maintenance for the model detailed below.
Diagnosis and Test procedures are covered in separate publications.
This manual is organised by Group, Section, Subsection and Page for example, this page will be 00‐03‐01 or (Group) (Section) - (Subsection) - (Page number), found at the bottom of the page.
The manual is divided into 6 Groups:
0 ‐ General, 1 ‐ Chassis, 2 ‐ Engine, 3 ‐ Electrical Systems, 4 ‐ Body and 9 ‐ Quick Reference.
Pages 00‐00‐1 and 2 list all Sections within this manual. Each Section has a contents list detailing General Specifications, Description and Operation and Service Adjustment and Checks.
All left and right‐hand references to the vehicle are taken from a position sitting in the drivers seat looking forward.
All left and right‐hand references to the engine are taken from a position of the flywheel looking towards the front camshaft pulley.

1. Circled Numbers
   The numbers circled refer to the descriptive text opposite the illustration.

2. Special Tools and Torque Figures
   Torque settings are given at the relevant point in the procedure as is technical data. Special Tools used in the procedure are shown in use and detailing the tool number.
