Removal and Installation
Dismantle
1. Dismantle the wheel cylinder.
1. Remove the rubber dust caps.
2. Pull out the pistons.
3. Remove the spring from the cylinder bore.
4. Remove the piston seals.
Reassemble

CAUTION:

If rust or scores are evident on the cylinder bore a new cylinder must be fitted.
2. Wipe the cylinder bore clean of any foreign matter with a lint free cloth and clean brake fluid or methylated spirits.
3. Reassemble the wheel cylinder.
1. Lubricate the new seals with brake fluid and refit the seals.
2. Refit the spring to the cylinder bore.
3. Refit the pistons.
4. Fit new rubber dust caps.
