Removal and Installation
Remove
1. Remove the reservoir.
1. Tip the reservoir sideways to release it from the master cylinder.
2. Lift the reservoir off the master cylinder.

2. Remove the reservoir seals.

3. Remove the secondary piston stop screw.
1. Depress the primary piston.
2. Remove the secondary piston stop screw.
3. Remove the `O' ring seal from the stop screw and discard the seal.

4. Carefully remove the primary piston master cylinder circlip.

5. Pull out the primary and secondary pistons.
1. Primary piston.
2. Secondary piston.
Install
6. Emmerse the new primary and secondary pistons in new brake fluid and refit.
7. Depress the pistons into the cylinder and refit the retaining circlip.
8. Fit a new `O' ring to the stop screw and refit the screw.
9. Lubricate the reservoir seals with new brake fluid and refit the seals.
10. Refit the reservoir.
