Removal and Installation
Remove

CAUTION:

Disconnect the battery negative lead.

1. Remove the alternator drive belt.
1. Slacken the tensioner.
2. Remove the drive belt and release the tensioner.

2. Disconnect the inner cable from the throttle body.

3. Remove the outer cable retaining clip.

4. Disconnect the cable from the throttle body bracket.

5. Disconnect the alternator electrical cables.

6. Remove the alternator.
Install
7. Refit the components in the reverse order.
