Removal and Installation
Remove
Bulb - Instrument Cluster - Remove (33 228 0)
Fuel gauge printed circuit

1. Remove the bulbs.
   Twist the bulb/holder anticlockwise to remove.

2. Remove four screws and remove the fuel gauge assembly.
Gauge - Fuel - Remove (33 284 0)

3. Remove two screws and remove the fuel gauge.

4. Remove the printed circuit board.

5. Remove the printed circuit multiplug retainer.
   Use a small flat‐nosed punch to push in the pins to release the multiplug retainers.

6. Push/pull out the three pin contacts.

CAUTION:

Take care not to bend or damage the printed circuit when lifting it off the locating dowels.

7. Remove the printed circuit.
Temperature gauge printed circuit

8. Remove the instrument cluster bulbs.
   Twist the bulb/holder anticlockwise to remove.

9. Remove four screws and remove the temperature gauge assembly.
Gauge - Temperature - Remove (33 304 4)

10. Remove two screws and remove the temperature gauge.

11. Remove the printed circuit multiplug retainer.
   Use a small flat nosed punch to push in the pins to release the multiplug retainer.

12. Push/pull out the three pin contacts.

CAUTION:

Take care not to bend or damage the printed circuit and its electrical components when lifting it off the locating dowels.

13. Remove the printed circuit.
Install
Fuel and temperature gauge printed circuits
14. Refit the components in the reverse order.
Gauge - Temperature - Install (33 304 4)
Gauge - Fuel - Install (33 284 4)
Bulb - Instrument Cluster (33 228 0)

Clock - Remove And Install (33 374 0) > < Cable - Speedometer - Inner And Outer - Remove And Install (33 256 0)
