Removal and Installation
Remove

NOTE:

The following procedure has been carried out on a triple seat. Although the procedure is the same for single and dual seats but with reduced complexity, this procedure should be used.

1. Remove the seat assembly (refer to Operation Number 40 120 0).

2. Remove seat backrest anchor.
1. Remove the cover.
2. Remove the bolt.

NOTE:

Make sure the seat assembly is covered with a protective cover and any work is carried out in a clean area.

3. Turn the seat on to its front.

4. Detach the outer seat belt anchor(s).
1. Remove the cover.
2. Remove the retaining bolt.

NOTE:

Make sure the position of each of the lower seat belt anchors and spacers is noted before removing the bolt.

5. Detach the inner lower seat belt anchor and stalk.
   Remove the retaining bolts.
6. Turn the seat over.

7. Detach the lower seat belt anchor and stalks from the seat cushion.
   Pull each lower seat belt anchor and stalk through from the underside of the seat.

8. Detach the plastic retaining strips from the underside of the seat.

9. Detach the seat cover from the foam pad.

10. Remove the seat cover.
   Cut the four hog rings retaining each seat position.

11. Remove the seat cover (cont.d).
   Pull the seat cover belt guides through the seat base foam.

12. Remove the seat foam from the seat frame.
   Detach each of the glued edges from the seat frame.
Install

13. Refit the components in reverse order.
