Headlining (delivery van) remove and install (complete) (43 612 0)

Transit 1995 (08/1994-07/2000)

Removal and Installation

CAUTION:

Several plugs must be disconnected in this step. Pull out plugs by the housing, do not pull the cable.

Remove

1. Prise out the front interior light.

2. Pull off the plug and remove the light.

3. Remove the anti‐theft warning system warning light.

1. Detach the warning light from the headlining.

2. Disconnect the multiplug.

4. Remove the sun visors.

5. Remove the trim panels as described in Operation Number 43 616 0.

6. Remove the handle (if equipped).

Lever off the covers to expose the bolts.

7. Remove the headlining.

Install

8. Install the components in reverse order.
