Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Loosen clamp that secures the manifold vacuum hose to the power brake booster check valve and remove hose.
2. Remove power brake booster check valve from the power brake booster.
3. Remove the rubber grommet.

NOTE:  Grommet must be replaced anytime the check valve is removed.

4. To install, reverse removal procedure. Use new rubber grommet.
