4. Support front wheel hub on front bearing spacer, tool No. T86P-0004-A2 or equivalent (stepped side up) in a suitable press, then place knuckle
and bearing assembly with bearing remover tool T83P-11004-AH2 or equivalent (flat side down) centered on inner race of bearing onto hub.
5. Press knuckle and bearing assembly fully onto hub, ensure hub rotates freely after installation.
6. Loosely install knuckle onto strut, then lubricate front axle splines and using hand pressure only, install into hub.
7. Install washer and new hub retainer nut.
8. Install knuckle onto ball joint and connect tie rod end.
9. Temporally install brake rotor to hub using suitable spacers and wheel nuts.
10. Install a suitable steel bar into cooling fins of rotor then rotate clockwise until steel bar rests against brake caliper support, then torque hub retainer
nut to 170-202 ft. lbs.
11. Tighten remaining suspension component nuts and bolts, then remove temporally installed brake rotor.
12. Install disc brake rotor shield, then install rotor and caliper.
13. Install wheel and tire, then lower vehicle. Torque wheel nuts to 85-115 ft lb.
