Front Wheel Alignment
Front Caster and Camber Adjustment

Position vehicle on an alignment fixture following manufacturer's instructions and check caster and camber angles. Bumper should be bounced
three times before inspection, to prevent incorrect reading.

Camber and caster cannot be adjusted. Should either be found out of specification, locate the cause first.

If improper alignment is caused by damaged, worn or loose suspension parts, they should be replaced. If vehicle body or chassis is damaged, it
should be repaired.
Front Toe Adjustment

Loosen right and left tie rod end locknuts, Fig. 2.
2.
Apply grease between tie rods and rack boots.
3.
Turn right and left tie rods by the same amount to align toe to specification. Right and left tie rods should become equal in length.
4.
After adjustment, tighten locknuts and ensure rack boots are not twisted.
