Wiper Relay: Testing and Inspection

    Refer to DIAGNOSTIC CHARTS, for complete system diagnosis.

Disconnect wiper/washer switch connector.

Using 12 volt battery, connect positive terminal to black terminal on connector, and negative terminal to yellow/blue terminal on connector Fig.

Turn intermittent switch to OFF position, If an operating sound is heard from relay, it is operating properly. If no sound is heard, replace relay.
