26. Turn crankshaft to align timing mark on crankshaft pulley at 0, setting No. 1 cylinder at Top Dead Center (TDC) of compression stroke. Check
that the valve lifters on the No. 1 cylinder are loose. If not, turn crankshaft pulley one complete revolution (360 degrees).
27. Engine ground wire from right fender apron.
28. Engine mount.
29. Four bolts and coolant pump pulley from coolant pump.
30. Crankshaft pulley using a crankshaft pulley holder and a crankshaft pulley puller.
31. Nine bolts and three timing belt covers from engine.
32. Slide timing belt guide from crankshaft.
NOTE: If timing belt is to be reused, mark timing belt with arrow showing direction of engine revolution. Put matchmarks where timing belt
meets with crankshaft timing gear and camshaft timing gear to ensure installation in the same position.
