Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Removal/Installation
1.
Remove air cleaner assembly.
2.
Remove return hose clamp.
3.
Disconnect and cap pressure and return lines from pump.
4.
Loosen pump pulley and remove.
5.
Remove adjusting bolt, pivot bolt and drive belt.
6.
Remove pump assembly.
7.
Reverse procedure to install.
