Install a new claw washer, then using tie rod housing wrench, tool No. J 351414 and steering rack end wrench, tool No. J 35418 install tie rods and
torque tie rods to 53 ft. lbs.

3.

Install rubber rack boot, then screw locknuts and tie rod ends onto the tie rods until match marks are aligned, torque locknut to 41 ft. lbs.

4.

Adjust toe-in, then torque locknut to 41 ft. lbs.

5.

Install power steering lines, torque nuts to 8 ft. lbs.

6.

Install steering assembly into vehicle.
