General Motors has determined that the tire bead area of certain 1990 Chevrolet Geo Prizm and Prizm LSi model vehicles may have been damaged
during the tire mounting process. Vehicles with this condition may experience a gradual loss of air pressure.
To correct this condition, dealers will dismount and inspect all tires (except for space-saver spare). Any tire that is found to have the possibility of tire
bead damage will be replaced.

should take the steps necessary to be sure the campaign correction has been made before reselling or releasing the vehicle.
Owners of vehicles recently sold from your new vehicle inventory are to be contacted by the dealer, and arrangements made to make the required
correction according to instructions contained in this bulletin.
PARTS INFORMATION
Tires required to complete this campaign are to be obtained from local Firestone or Goodyear Tire outlets. Replacement tire(s) are to be of the identical
brand, size and type. If identical tires are not available, contact the tire manufacturer for assistance.
