Tire Registration Form
A tire registration form will be sent to all owners and dealers. The appropriate (Firestone or Goodyear) tire registration form is to be completed by the
dealer and sent to the appropriate tire manufacturer.
Claim Information
Submit a Product Campaign Claim with the information indicated below:
Campaign Administrative Allowance.
The amount identified in the "Net Amount" column should represent cost plus 30% for Tires used in conjunction with labor operations V5901, V5902,
V5903 & V5904. The $4.00 "Net Amount" identified in labor operation V5900 represents the cost of tire weights used in the tire balancing process.
Dealers will automatically receive the correct labor and material allowance based on the labor operation performed.
