Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair
Exhaust System
1.
Raise and safely support vehicle.
2.
Remove four converter attachment bolts (2 at each end) and remove converter.
3.
Install new converter and tighten bolts to 43 N-m (32 ft.lb.).
4.
Lower vehicle, run engine and check for exhaust leaks.
