ASSEMBLY

1.

Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to components shown in Fig. 4.

2.

Install piston seal in caliper, ensuring seal is squarely seated in groove.

3.

Press piston into bore, ensuring piston enters bore straight.

4.

Seat piston dust boot in caliper groove, then install retaining ring.

5.

Install 2 collars and 4 slide bushing dust boots, Fig. 1, rotating boots as they are pressed in to ensure they are fully seated.

6.

Install slide bushings through dust boots, ensuring boots remain seated in caliper grooves.
