Removing IAC Valve
1.
Remove four screws and IAC valve and gasket from throttle body.
Removing TP Sensor
2.
Remove two screws and TP sensor from throttle body.
3.
Two screws and throttle opener from throttle body (California emissions only).
Assemble
1.
Throttle opener to throttle body (California emissions only); secure with two screws.
2.
TP sensor to throttle body; secure with two screws.
3.
IAC valve and new gasket to throttle body; secure with four screws.
Install or Connect
1.
New throttle body gasket to throttle body.
2.
Throttle body to intake manifold; secure with two nuts and two bolts.
Tighten

Throttle body nuts and bolts to 22 Nm (16 lb.ft.).
3.
Two engine coolant hoses and air hose to throttle body; secure with two clamps.
4.
IAC valve electrical connector.
5.
TP sensor electrical connector.
