Tighten

-

Timing belt cover bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb.in.).

3. Crankshaft pulley to crankshaft dampener; secure with center bolt and four side bolts.

Tighten

-

Pulley center bolt to 118 N.m (87 lb. ft.).

-

Pulley side bolts to 23 N.m (17 lb. ft.).

4. Right-side under cover.

-

Lower vehicle.

5. Install the four upper timing belt cover mounting bolts.

Tighten

-

Timing belt cover bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb. in.).

6. Right engine mount.
7. Power steering pump drive belt.
8. Generator drive belt.

-

Remove engine support fixture J 28467-A.

9. Battery negative (-) cable.
