Evaporative Canister Filter: Service and Repair
The fuel vapor canister is located behind the passenger side shock tower.
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1.
Fastener (1) for canister bracket.
2.
Canister vacuum hoses and mark to install on new canister.
3.
Canister.
To install canister, reverse previous procedure.
Refer to the underhood Emission Control Information label for routing of the canister hoses. When replacing hoses, use 6148M or equivalent.
