Tracker 4x2 L4-1.6L SOHC TBI (1994)
Radiator: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove radiator pressure cap.
3. Raise and support vehicle.
4. Drain engine coolant, then remove transmission fluid cooler hoses from radiator.
5. Remove lower shroud bolts and lower radiator outlet hose.
6. Lower vehicle.
7. On A/C equipped models, remove two bolts, then reposition A/C flexible hose to rear.
8. On power steering equipped models, remove two bolts, then reposition power steering fluid reservoir.
9. Remove upper shroud bolts and reposition shroud to rear.
10. Remove radiator inlet hose and overflow hose from radiator.
11. Remove radiator attaching bolts and radiator from vehicle.
12. Reverse procedure to install noting the following.
a. Tighten radiator, power steering, and A/C components to specifications.
b. On automatic transmission models, check and fill transmission fluid.
c. Refill radiator with coolant, run engine until normal operating temperature is reached, then check for leaks.
