1. Flow control valve improper operation.
2. Pressure plate improper mating with cam ring.
3. Cam ring wear or damage.
4. Pressure plate, thrust plate and rotor wear or damage.
5. Rotor slots proper vane operation.
6. Pump high internal leakage.
7. Housing bore scoring or other damage.
8. Valve rings and seals leaking.
