Acadia FWD V6-3.6L (2007)
Inspect the right front inner wheel well for a splash shield (see # 1 in picture above). If the vehicle does not have the splash shield as seen above, replace
both front inner wheel well front liners with a second design (see part numbers below). The replacement liner will come with the splash shield attached to
it. It may be necessary to drill two 8 mm (0.315 in) holes into the cradle to attach the lower splash shield to the cradle. Use the lower splash shield as a
template to show where to drill the holes. Some vehicles will already have the holes drilled in the cradle. It will also be necessary to get two retainers,
P/N 21030249 or equivalent, to attach the lower splash shield to the cradle (see # 2 in picture above). If it is necessary to drill holes in the cradle for the
retainers, apply an anti-corrosion material to the holes. Refer to the Anti-Corrosion Treatment and Repair information in SI.
