3. Install timing chain on camshaft sprocket. Hold the sprocket vertically with the chain hanging down and align marks on camshaft and crankshaft

sprockets.

4. Align dowel in camshaft with dowel hole in camshaft sprocket then install sprocket on camshaft.
5. Draw the camshaft sprocket onto camshaft using the mounting bolts. Torque to specifications.
6. Lubricate timing chain with engine oil.
7. Install fuel pump push rod and fuel pump. 
8. Install crankcase front cover See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair.
9. Install valve lifters.  See: Lifter / Lash Adjuster/Service and Repair

10. Install Intake manifold.  See: Intake Manifold/Service and Repair
