with 5.0L, 4.3L Engine (VINs W, Z, H - RPOs L35, LB4, LO3)
CONDITION
Some owners may experience a click-no-crank condition from the starter motor.
CAUSE
High resistance in the starter control circuit.
CORRECTION
Install new starter motor that has a tailored jump spring better suited for the electrical system resistance that exists in 1995 C/K and S/T trucks. (New
starter motor part number 10455070.)
Important:
This starter motor is only to be used on 1995 models.
