Vacuum Brake Booster: Service and Repair
Vacuum Brake Booster Hose Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the manifold sight shield (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L).
2. Disconnect the vacuum brake booster hose at the engine (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L).
3. Disconnect the vacuum brake booster hose at the engine (4.3L).
4. Disconnect the vacuum brake booster hose at the vacuum booster.
5. Remove the vacuum brake booster hose from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the vacuum brake booster hose at the engine (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L).
