C 1500 Truck 2WD V8-5.3L VIN T (1999)
6. Disconnect the fuel fill pipe ground strap.
7. Disconnect the rear axle vent hose from the retainer on the fuel fill pipe
8. Loosen the fuel fill hose to fuel fill pipe clamp (2).
9. Disconnect the fuel fill hose (3) from the fuel fill pipe.
10. Remove the fuel till pipe.
11. Cap the open end of the fuel fill hose.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Uncap the fuel till hose.
2. Install the fuel till pipe to the fuel fill hose.
NOTE: Refer to the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
